Pre-School for Mothers and Children

Mothers and Children in the Seritquiche village want to parrticipate in a Pre-School program that will give their children a headstart in school, as well as help the mothers overcome their illiteracy.  Their native language is Q'eqchi, so that is the first language they will learn to read and write. - with mothers and children learning together.  This project is in cooperation with Big Ocean Women.  For the initial stage...
